i just got a new computer, and it works fine and all, but the thing is, whenever I try to save an image into my computer, it saves it as .art or .bmp, also, there isn't Microsoft Word or anything that can view images.
Can someone tell me where to go, or what to download to change this, because without JPGs or viewing programs, I can't use my images for jack.
